Several owners and trainers, contacted at the early outings at Aiken and Camden, have confirmed that they are pointing for the Block House and will be shipping here after the Stoneybrook Races at Southern Pines. The Aiken meeting belonged to veteran trainer W.B. "Burley" Cocks, who had three winners, one place horse, and three horses for show Of these. Rokeby Stables' Green Garden and Senator Brady, one-two in the imperial Cup. and George Ohrstrom’s Tiro, who broke its maiden at Aiken, are possibilities for Tryon. With this production. Cindy is making her TLT stage debut. As Mrs. Soppitt. she is married to Herbert, a prominent individual in the Yorkshire town of Clecklewycke. The Soppitts, together with their friends the Helliwells and the Parkers, consider themselves among the social elders of the community Clara looks down her nose at members of the working class and speaks disparagingly of them A cleaning woman she described as, "One o’ them idle drinking pieces o’ nothing from back o’ C mill " Another member Coni min'd On Buck Page Landscaping Will Be Topic At Habitat Homeowners Meeting The Thermal Belt Habitat for Humanity Homeowners’ Association will meet April 10 at the 4-H Center in Columbus, it was announced by Tim Brown. Association president. The meeting will feature discussions and talks about landscaping and gardening The main speaker will be Chuck Doster who will talk on basic landscaping principles He will be assisted by Billy Littlejohn, a Habitat homeowner Doster, an expert organic gardener, is manager of the Habitat Resale Store. Tim Brown indicated that plants and shrubs and trees for landscaping will be distributed at the meeting. He said that the landscaping theme of the meeting ties in with Earth Day which will be celebrated this April Anyone wishing to donate a plant, shrub or tree should call Habitat at 457-2666 or drop plants off at the Habitat Resale Store in Landrum Brown said the purpose of this meeting will be to help the Habitat homeowners learn more about how to beautify their homes with plantings Eloise Johnson. Polk County Home Economics Extension Agent, who has worked closely with the Habitat Homeowners' Association, will distribute helpful literature to the homeowners
